As the conference is being held in Christchurch this year, and Christchurch has had many changes since the earthquake, we have decided to start the conference with a bus tour.
The bus will be leaving at 11.15am on Wednesday after the welcome. Please organise your flight arrival time so that you dont miss this opportunity. Also our first key note speaker will be presenting somewhere on the route.
Ara is providing a time in the conference on Wednesday for your institute to feedback on a positive change happening in your institute. Please come prepared for a 3 minute presentation.
The Dinner on Thursday evening will be at 6pm. Please dress in theme: “Wear something different for a change”
If you are sleeping at Ara, Ara will be providing the mattress, but you need to organize your own bedding.
